At Zarrmart Pakistan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return items and receive a refund.
1. Return Window
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
2. Eligible Items
The following items are eligible for return within the 30-day window:
- Bedding (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, shams)
- Comforters and quilts
- Blankets and throws
- Bath towels and bath mats
- Robes
- Shower curtains
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance events (marked as "Final Sale")
- Gift cards
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) within 2 business days
- Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging and include the RAN on the outside of the package
- Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team
5. Return Shipping
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us and we will arrange a pickup or provide a prepaid shipping label.
- Change of Mind: If you are returning an item due to a change of mind, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited to your original payment method (JazzCash or EasyPaisa account).
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, a partial refund may be granted if the item shows signs of use, is not in its original condition, or is returned after the 30-day window with prior approval.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your payment provider first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@Zarrmart.pk.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
8. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@brZarrmartk with your order number and photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
9. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale (at a discounted price) may be returned following the same 30-day policy, unless specifically marked as "Final Sale." Refunds for sale items will be issued at the price you paid, not the original retail price.
