- Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service. After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be cancelled.

- Shipping Costs: Shipping is free for orders above Rs 5,000. A flat shipping fee of Rs 500 applies to orders below this amount.

- Risk of Loss: The risk of loss for items purchased passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
